“At the time I engaged Gene Berman to assist me in finding a few missing pieces to complete a 1031 Exchange, I was a busy real estate broker with a highly successful real estate office to run. Which was why I needed help with my exchange. Gene’s resourcefulness, using unconventional means of uncovering prospect properties, identified a terrific leased property in Auburn, CA. And to top it all off, since the purchase price of this property was so low, compared to the income it generated, I still needed to acquire one more property to consume the entire exchange equity.
