Driving Directions: (See Map)

From South of Petaluma:

  • As you proceed North on 101, take the exit at Railroad Avenue -- this is the very next exit approx. 2-8/10 mi. north of the Redwood Highway/No. Petaluma Blvd. exit at the north end of Petaluma.
  • After you exit, turn left at stop sign and proceed under the freeway until the road dead ends at Stony Point Road.
  • Turn right on Stony Point and proceed 1-6/10 miles (this is past the first signal light --at Mecham Rd-- and just around a bend in the road after that signal light, where you'll see Roblar Road -- can only turn left, at an old historic road house called the Washoe House).

From North of Petaluma:

  • As you proceed South on 101, take the Highway 116 / Gravenstein Highway exit just South of Rohnert Park Expressway and head West to the next major intersection (approx. 1 mile) which will be at Stony Point Road.
  • Turn left (South) on Stony Point Road and proceed approx. 1-1/4 miles, to the very next 3-way intersection where you'll see Roblar Road (can only turn right, at an old historic road house called the Washoe House).

Once you get to Roblar Road:

  • Look at your odometer as you start onto Roblar Road from the Washoe House and as you reach 2-7/10 miles precisely from the Washoe House, you'll be coming down a gentle grade, you should turn on your right-hand turn signal and start slowing down and will see at almost exactly 2-8/10 miles (only one-tenth mile more), a private road on your right.
  • The entrance to this road is marked by a large orange-red triangular reflector on a post with the number 5433 (white numerals on green background).
  • You turn right up that private road to the very next turn-off on your left, where you'll see the street number "5433" on the right side of an electric sliding gate -- the For Buyers Only Realty sign is on the left side of that gate.
  • If for any reason, the gate is not open, just beep your horn (most Californians will find that a unique experience -- unless of course they are East Coast transplants).
