“As first-time buyers, Gene helped us buy our first home in Northwest Santa Rosa – both by arranging the financing, and by working patiently through the purchase transaction with a listing agent on the other side of the deal that would have had us tearing our hair out. A few years later, just for fun, we were looking at open houses in the most prized neighborhood in Santa Rosa. One house had us dizzy with the idea that we might be able to sell our home and possibly own that one. Of course, since we had not done any of the preparatory steps, this ‘dream home’ went into escrow just days later. Our fantasy turned to reality. But, without all of the seamless coordination – in the sale of our home, the loan arrangements for our trade-up purchase, and the handling of the purchase transaction itself -- it never could have happened!
